About the Infiniti QX60
Infiniti introduced its three-row luxury crossover in 2012 as the 2013 JX35, targeting affluent families who needed space without sacrificing refinement. The vehicle shared its platform with the Nissan Pathfinder but offered substantially more upscale materials, technology, and design.
After just one model year, Infiniti renamed it the QX60 for the 2014 model year as part of a brand-wide nomenclature change. Buyers shopping for premium three-row SUVs in this period typically compared it against the Acura MDX, Lexus RX 350L, and Volvo XC90.
The first-generation QX60 enjoyed a successful run through 2021. Power came from a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 295 horsepower, paired with a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive came standard, with all-wheel drive available as an option.
