Honda Accord Wiper Blade Sizes (1976-2025)

Your windshield is your gateway to the road. You and your passengers depend on a clear windshield to safely travel along city roads and highways. Windshield wipers wear down due to use and exposure to the elements.

When you drive into the sun at dawn or take sharp curves at night, you depend on your wipers to quickly clear your windshield. Give your wipers the best chance by replacing them every 9-12 months, depending on use.

It is not always easy to identify the correct wiper sizes for your Honda Accord. We’ve created the sizing chart below for every Accord model year to help with that.

About the Honda Accord

Honda introduced the Accord in 1976 as a compact car designed to compete with vehicles like the Toyota Corolla and Datsun 510. The original model featured a 1.6-liter engine and established Honda’s reputation for fuel efficiency and build quality in the American market.

The Accord grew in size and sophistication through the 1980s and 1990s. By the fourth generation (1990-1993), it had become a midsize sedan competing with the Toyota Camry and Ford Taurus. The fifth through seventh generations (1994-2007) solidified the Accord’s position as one of America’s best-selling vehicles, consistently ranking among the top choices for families seeking dependable transportation.

The eighth and ninth generations (2008-2017) faced increased competition from redesigned rivals like the Nissan Altima and Hyundai Sonata. Honda responded with improved styling, better fuel economy, and expanded technology features. The Accord maintained its reputation for reliability while adding more premium amenities.

The tenth generation (2018-2022) debuted with a complete redesign featuring two turbocharged engine options and a hybrid variant. The current eleventh generation launched for the 2023 model year with another comprehensive redesign.

Today’s Accord competes primarily with the Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Hyundai Sonata, and Subaru Legacy. The latest generation offers Honda Sensing safety technology as standard equipment, Google built-in integration on higher trims, and advanced driver-assistance features.

The 2025 Accord earned a spot on Car and Driver’s 10Best list, continuing its legacy as one of the most awarded vehicles in automotive history. Despite shifting market preferences toward SUVs, the Accord remains a strong seller, appealing to buyers who prioritize fuel economy, reliability, and driving dynamics over higher seating positions.
